1Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Salud Credit website and your enrollment in any Salud Credit program, including our Essential, Recovery, and Complete credit repair programs, credit monitoring, credit building, and financial coaching services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our website, enrolling in a program, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you enroll in a paid program, you will also sign a separate written service agreement specific to your program, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). If any provision of that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed service agreement controls.
2Services Provided
Salud Credit is a credit services organization. Depending on the program you select, our Services may include:
- Reviewing your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- Preparing and submitting disputes for items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
- Corresponding with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies on your behalf
- Providing credit monitoring alerts and progress reports
- Offering credit-building and financial coaching guidance
We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We are not a credit repair "quick fix"; outcomes depend on the accuracy of your credit file and the responsiveness of third parties we do not control.
3No Guarantee of Results
Credit bureaus and furnishers are legally permitted to re-verify accurate, timely, and complete negative information, in which case it will remain on your report. We work diligently on every case, but results vary based on your individual credit history and the responsiveness of third parties.
4Your Rights Under CROA
The federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) provides important protections for consumers who use credit repair services. As required by law, we disclose the following to every client before any services are performed or any payment is collected:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus, yourself, and free of charge, without hiring a credit repair organization.
- A credit repair organization cannot perform any services until you have signed a written contract and any applicable waiting period has passed.
- You are entitled to a copy of the signed, dated service agreement.
- Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed from your credit report.
Salud Credit operates in full compliance with CROA and applicable state credit services organization laws.
5Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your service agreement with Salud Credit, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you sign it. To cancel, you must provide written notice to us at the email or mailing address listed in your service agreement.
If you cancel within this period, any payments made will be refunded within 10 business days. Cancellation requests received after this period will be handled according to the refund terms of your specific service agreement.
6Fees & Billing
Program fees are disclosed clearly before enrollment and are outlined in your signed service agreement.
In accordance with CROA, we do not charge or collect any fee for our services until the work has been substantially performed, except where separately permitted by your state's law and disclosed in your service agreement. There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel your program at any time after the initial cancellation period, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
7Client Responsibilities
To help us serve you effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself and your credit history
- Promptly forward any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies related to your case
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Not dispute the same items independently through another party while enrolled, without informing us, as this can interfere with active disputes
- Make payments on time as outlined in your service agreement
8Account & Client Portal
If you are provided access to our client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend portal access to protect the security of your information.
9Acceptable Use
When using our website or client portal, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another client's information
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting fraudulent disputes
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or portal
10Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Salud Credit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
11Termination
You may cancel your program at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms of your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you provide false information, fail to make payments, or violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will cease active dispute work but are not obligated to reverse progress already made.
12Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salud Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of credit opportunities, denial of credit applications, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under CROA or other applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
13Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises between you and Salud Credit, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled as set forth in your signed service agreement, which may include an arbitration provision. Nothing here waives any right you have under CROA to bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
